  12. Having discovered BCD arithmetic (in a TRS-80 Model 100 portable computer)
  13. I can't help but wonder why all manufacturers didn't do this.  What you see
  14. (in decimal) is what you get.  No weird rounding errors that you wouldn't
  15. already be familiar with from a pocket calculator.  And not that much storage
  16. wastage either.
